They run away from the City so they don't have to pay property taxes for City amenities, they buy all their big ticket items on the internet so they don't have to pay State or local retail taxes (I wonder how many actually file their State Sales and Use forms), and they drive their gas-guzzling, uninspected (avoid tax) SUVs (that they probably got with Bush's SUV tax rebate) to the box stores in AR and MS so they don't have to pay as much retail tax. In the meantime they bitch and complain all day about litter and crime on the streets.
