      <![CDATA[Let's assume the mayor does not get indicted, his actions appear, at the least, to be unethical. My view is that to use the power of the office for personal gain, directly, since inevitably there will be some spill-over, should be severed.

      <![CDATA[The pattern demonstrated by the Mayor appears to go something like this: drive down property values and tax assessments, buy development rights, secure future re-development, then sell the rights at a steep profit. I wrote about the suspicions of property owners adjacent to the Greyhound terminal back in 2003 when I worked at the Flyer (story was shelved).
