Please note: I am no longer the President of the League of Women Voters and have not represented the League since June 2007. I am a private citizen reporting my observations. I urge you to also check out for yourselves the facts regarding this issue.

Please read the actual law that was passed in TN in 2008 http://state.tn.us/sos/acts/105/pub/pc1108… this is the official signed law!

Also you may see the June 18th discussion on the TN Senate floor before the final vote not to pospone the implementation of paper ballots -- at web cast by going to www.tn.capitol.com select "Senate video" from the top right hand side of the page - then scroll down and select the June 18 archives video -- then on the left side of the next screen in the gray box select SB872. You can "play", "pause", fast forward or replay from that screen.
Just out of curiousity, what exactly does Ms. Nollner do for a living? Comm. Mulroy is an attorney and teaches Constutional Law at the University of Memphis Law School. Unless Ms. Nollner has similar credentials, I think I will place more weight on Comm. Mulroy's 'interpretation' of the law.
