Having the Police Chief sandbag stats and hide them in blanket charges and officers NOT writing up reports is no substitute. Lazy is not paying attention to the needs of your city as it slips into that position, not paying attention to it's non-sustainability and doing something, all our problems are like very broadcasted punches, you could see this coming ten years out, why didn't he see it all coming?
I'll tell you why, you can't take care of a city when you are totally focused on your own wallet.

If Myron becomes mayor there will be a landslide of reform that will make Memphis move past it's current state of depopulating backwards stupidity and blinkered belligerent non-collaborative attitude.
You have to police public office MORE than the streets, or, not even the streets will be policed.
We've created a culture of ignorance, laziness, belligerence, graft and corruption on a scale only equalled in third world asia.
Memphis is not America.
The feds want to bulldoze it, they've routed the technological highway directly AROUND Memphis and it's pretty obvious by the path it takes that Memphis is being avoided. This city will die if reform doesn't happen.
