      <![CDATA[Actually, Jeff, most local news happens during mid-day and later -- council meetings, press conferences, ballgames, etc. An afternoon paper would have to go to press around 2:00 or so. So you'd actually be getting the "news" later than you do now.

      <![CDATA[There's only one viable time slot for print edition newspaper delivery -- before people go to work. Unless the CA is shifting to an afternoon paper -- an anachronism these days -- there are no "new" delivery options for the print paper that I can think of.
