This is the crux, Myron found corruption in that dept, and the council protected the corruption, they should be sued to the tune of 3X the total over-billing found after all audits are complete.
Put a number on it and sue them, they SUCK! I've never seen more blinkered stupidity in my life anywhere else on earth.
We NEED to go down there and slap the snot out of them!

And I am beginning to believe it is a bad idea for an employee of the DA's office to be in a legislative body where conflicts are just too easy to declare, depriving Harold Collins' district and the City of Memphis of the benefits of his judgment on the issues.
