As usual, CHG, you're off topic and wrong anyway....the segregationists of the 1950s and 60s used exactly the same lame, discredited arguments you still use today. Come join us, will you, here in the 21st century, where we have jettisoned your 19th century Plessy vs. Ferguson mindset.

yeah this article is more about voting with your dollars, and that should sit well with any free marketeer, no?

you'd be hard pressed to find one more socially liberal than I, but I would have to admit some squeamishnness if the federal govt starts mandating gender identity policies.

Well, CHG, that's a very interesting point, but it also has nothing to do with this article, so let's just agree that you're not particularly adept at relevant comment making.

This article is about whether or not companies treat the GLBT community fairly. This information is valuable to those of us who would wish to respond to companies who do not respond to our community in a positive or fair way by withdrawing our business or employment with those entities - actions which are also protected under our constitution.

Recognizing corporations as individuals is one of the sadest decisions ever made by our country's judicial system. I don't think our founding fathers intended to protect the rights of large corporations over individual citizens.

And good morning to you, CHG, always nice to see you found someone to wake up and project your own insecurities on. The only 'undesirable' worker is the person who stands around the water cooler talking about how he is so much better/more moral/more normal/more important than the other workers in the office, and I don't see the government 'forcing' anyone to keep that person in the workplace.
