Comparing Papa Murphy's and Pizza Hut (or any other delivery chain) is like comparing Huey's and McDonalds burgers… there is no comparison! Papa Murphy’s gives you fresh made pizza with fresh ingredients, the others are using ingredients chopped up bagged in a processing plant and sent to your store a week later.

Sauce quality is on par with Pizza Hut (which isn't saying much)

Price is not comparable to better known pizza chains. You can currently get a $10 large from Papa John's with unlimited toppings, whereas I paid $12 for a large from PM with three toppings and had to cook it myself.

We have a friend that lives just a couple of blocks from PM's and whenever we're headed over there, we pick one up. I prefer it because I can cook it however I like (the instructions have you leave it in their baking pan, but I've successfully cooked on the grill and on a pizza stone), and it tastes better than delivery.

I can have a pizzeria pizza (and no, Pizza Hut, Dominos, the OTHER Papa and other chains don't count as a pizzeria) for about the same cost as one of the chains without the hassle of actually making the dough, making the sauce, chopping the toppings, etc.

Convenience IS an issue, however, because I definitely wouldn't be going there if my friend didn't live so close to it.

And judging by the crowd that has been in there every time I've gone, I'd say they could easily support more locations here.
