The term 'electrified' came from the fact that the company used an electrically-powered distillation unit, ensuring that the water was pure, and especially that it was free of water-borne pathogens such as, for instance, those causing typhoid fever or dysentery - major causes of death in that time period. There were several 'Electrified Water' companies across the country; the water was considered to be safer than the 'city water' available at the time, and it probably was.

The other day I was at a convenience store and for $8.99 one could buy a tablet of Libo-Grow. Libo for libido and grow for ... well, you get the idea.
