<![CDATA[Both ballet companies getting national media company, two shows set in Memphis see a surge in ticket sales after winning Tonys, an off Broadway opening for VOTS, A massively hyped cable series set in town, talk of Halle Berry joining the cast of The Mountaintop the Memphis-set/Broadway bound play by MCS grad Katori Hall... all of these things defy our usual negative expectations. I'll say it again: What a great week.

Couldn't agree more. Oddly I haven't heard many locals say that this week.
