      <![CDATA[A few days ago I was looking for a not-too-sweet Rielsing, and I actually had someone working in a liquor store, with a pretty decent variety of wine, tell me that all Rieslings are sweet. Maybe if the staff at stores were better educated, people would be more willing to branch out and find new favorites.
