      <![CDATA[@Kerry: I believe this project was funded through a grant by MemFeast, but Wilson is looking for additional funding to continue it in other parts of the city (also, to fix the rocket launcher). But Wilson could probably comment about that more.

      <![CDATA[Both of these points have been thrown around since the project started.<br>
<br>
1) It was impossible to get the land tilled. However, with all the plant matter on the ground already it is likely that a small amount of fertile rot had developed on top of the soil, providing a place for the seeds to start.
