      <![CDATA[St. Luke's has also ignored my offer to buy the place and turn it into the Jesus Christ Lookit Them Knockers Bar and Grill. Clearly, this would satisfy the terms of the covenant, but I suspect the congregation is only interested in CVS' money, not making sure that piece of property continues to be a refuge for people seeking spiritual solace at the breast of a sympathetic Christian hostess, a dozen hot wings, and an ice cold quart of Falstaff for just $19.99.
