      <![CDATA[I used to sit elbow to elbow with Jimmie Covington (jcov40) at County Commission meetings and was always impressed with how much more he knew about the ins and outs of county government than the commissioners did. So I don't take what he says lightly.

   Seems to me that the council is made up of a group of nice, well-meaning, intelligent people. However, it also seems to me it is the most inept City Council in the history of the city.

This newspaper has reported that MCS has "seller's remorse" and that the MCS Board has changed personnel.
