<![CDATA[In the meantime, VECA basements flood with poo water due to lack of sewer maintenance (money allocated for it went to Mitsubishi), housing in poorer neighborhoods rots into the ground and youth turn to crime (HUD money meant to prevent it went to float a loan to buy County's share of Pyramid), and whole neighborhoods burn down (attention to the problems of foreclosures and abandoned houses was instead focused on computer generated architectural watercolors). On the bright side of life, I can't wait to take my Cubs down to the new BPS and teach them how to be good little corporate consumers.
