Posted by AGUY]]> Sat, 24 Mar 2012 23:33:26 -0500 Memphis Flyer Posted by Brian Green]]> Thu, 22 Mar 2012 13:22:16 -0500 Memphis Flyer Posted by Brian Green]]> Thu, 22 Mar 2012 13:16:54 -0500 Memphis Flyer wrong.in fact he also checked the month day and year of 6/30/07 and insisted that it was correct.my grievences was denied.6/30/07 can not be found nowhere in thier system only because i never been there.I then took my issues to the admistration mrs.Lynn Norris and mrs kim perry.Mrs Lynn norris gave my grievences back to me after i had gave it to her in her hand personally and left.At the end of the sernerio the reason why documents was falsified and taken from me is to cover the backs of our three legeslatives lawbreakers,the director of Mental Health Co-opp,Nashville rescue mission Don World,and The Metro police Department Director.I filed a Federal lawsuit because no one wanted to help me clear my name and bring charges to official misconduct and racial profiling which they had caused upon me.After invocking my 6th admendment right to pr-see representation i was denied an appointment to councel.my case was latter sent to ohio court of appeals after the judge GRANTED and DIRECTED the clerk to file the complaint.my Federal mail was interupted and was never recieved only because the Campus for Human Developement ,where my mail was surposed to come had a clinic called Resprit.AKA MENTAL HEALTH CO-OPP.My Accuser in my lawsuit in which my case worker worked for.The Campus for Human Developement was built for the Nashville Homeless Population that recieves federal funding for people like myself take part in lots of classes such as computer,games,relaxzation,showering,mail distrobution,and legal aid services which i was denied by baker donolison law firm who i had representing me.They kept my file for atlease a month and gave it back to me knowing time was of the importance which they helped dismissed my case knowing it was a conflict of intrist,they work for the Government not the Homeless.It was also Phil Brenison Admistration who falsified these documents on me.Mr.phil brenison is president barack oboma endorser for next years coming election who took the time to dig the first ground breaking of the campus for Human development downtown Nashville thats soon will be turned over to Mayor Carl Dean who is surpose to obtain it and turn it to a Hotel once the mall is built.Also soon,the Nashville rescue Mission Will be Moved near the Airport while they continue to toast to Gearst beer.
