      <![CDATA[Let the city put up toll booths if they want to tax those working in the city but not living there. That's fine with me.  I work in the suburbs and live in the suburbs.<br>
<br>
The last thing Memphis needs is to encourage more businesses to move closer to where their professionals live (the suburbs), but go right ahead.<br>
<br>
Memphis's main problem is that rather than trying to address their own internal issues, they lash out at those in the suburbs at every turn, as if we are at fault for their problems.<br>
<br>
If Herenton had been more concerned with the middle class in his city, maybe the population wouldn't have disappeared so fast.
