<![CDATA[truth be told: When was the last time you came through the Brooks' doors? If it's been more than a decade, we can understand why you've missed out on one of the most challenging, modern and provocative installations in town, Nam June Paik's mammoth Vide-O-belisk, commissioned for the Brooks and on view in the museum's rotunda since 2002.

<![CDATA[We rarely see anything at Brooks that is challenging, modern or provocative. When at institution relies on attendance from school children to boost its attendance numbers we end up with bland, suburban, mainstream art for children not adults.
