We need an independent investigation into the Shelby County Election Commission? There are too many Republican partisans running the commission.

If Republican Weirich will not do it, I call on the Department of Justice to investigate this matter.

Democrats in Memphis need to show up to the polls in mass.

Yeah, I feel the same way.

I voted this week in a steady line, but things were going very smoothly acording to the officials where I voted.

The vote should be interesting. I am not at all suprised by the tepid turnout so far, that is to be expected in a ballot with so very few highly contested races.

The letter said purged. The nice little old lady told me my stuff was still there, including my new address so I'm assuming it was inactive.

On that purge, I was one of them. I moved exactly 3 miles last year, still in Bartlett, just a new zip code.

In any event, yes the buck has to stop somewhere, but my point is you could replace Holden with either the best administrator in the world or an trained monkey and your result may be the same because he's not the one making changes to the data.

Not disagreeeing with you, but so far all we have is data overlayed with his interpretation of that data. Let us wait and see what Meyers and Holden say.

It has not been very long ago we were told that 400 voters (all Democrats and African Americans !) had been wrongly purged from the rolls.
