GW, I know that you are trying to put the republicans in the best possible light on a, really simple problem. It just doesn't pass the smell test.

It is congress, not the president, who holds the power to tax and make law.

According to Ed Klein, when John Boehner was elected Speaker of the House, neither Obama nor anyone on his staff could find his phone number so the President could call him and congratulate him on his achievement. That leads me to believe he wasn't working as closely with the Republicans as you suggest during the first two years.

Later, after he found the phone number, Obama and Boehner actually came close to hammering out a deficit reduction package, until the last minute when Obama decided some taxes on you know who needed to be added.

We need to mindful that, the Republicans will do anything to get Obama out of the White House...Romney is not the right Republican to get the job done.

What America did in 2008, voters came out like never before to elect Barack Obama and the voters can do it again November 2012..."FOUR MORE YEARS"

Unlike Mitt Romney, Obama said..."You didn't elect me to tell you what you wanted to hear.
