      <![CDATA[@Widening Gyre, in the last 5 years there hasn't been anything served there that has been trucked in from Sysco. I can't speak for prior to that, but as a former kitchen staff employee everything (minus the rolls and dessert case) including the soups are made from scratch!

      <![CDATA[Because a lot of factory food is amped up with MSG -- soups almost always.<br>
<br>
Next time you're there ask them if the food is cooked from scratch, on-premises. I've eaten there - I'll grant it's pretty good for institutionally prepared food that gets trucked in if that's stil what they're doing.
