      <![CDATA[Well OK here is a quick idea: partner with the National Civil Rights Museum to bring in a nationally known African American mural artist that would have free rein to do an interpretive piece about Memphis. Why won’t this happen: because the good ole boy / girl network of below par artist have their contacts and friends doing the commissions.
