What you are saying was relevant in the past, but, in todays world of instant communications and numerous news outlets, blogs, etc, it is not valid today.

One cannot get away with saying one thing to mobilize his/her troops without the other side hearing about it. Truth and facts will now rule the day, not just political talking points.

As an aside, a report is out today that says, according to the last census, Suburban Shelby County had a whopping 64% increase in poverty.

That's how you earn respect as a leader.

You say, "I take responsibility for Failure X, and we are doing Y and Z and everything else under our power to make sure Failure X never happens again".

The reason you do that as a leader is because there is ALWAYS something that you could've done in the past that might have prevented what went on under your leadership. That's one thing I think Obama could do better.

Another of your dumb posts about sending help for the embattled, late Ambassador in the Benghazi attack.

When I said that, by the time help could have been, mustered, sent and arrived on the scene in Benghazi, it would have been too late is from hindsight of the timeline of how long it took for the attack to be over and that information was from the pentagon itself. The pentagon could truthfully say this because of what they knew after the attacks, not before.
