      <![CDATA[I think more manufacturers are making an effort to certify their products gluten free. There are actually gluten free Rice Krispies (found them on Amazon) if you want to make Rice Krispie treats.

      <![CDATA[I can't agree with boydeasley that you are having a "pity party" I think its more of an awakening. I can agree that if you can start making your kids lunches gluten free it will make it easier for you.
