Flyer contributor and author of thechubbyvegetarian.com, Justin Fox Burks cooks a five-course dinner revolving around the tomato. On the menu: Cherokee purple tomato tart, roasted heirloom tomatoes over Delta Grind grits, cherry tomato and grilled watermelon salad, and fried green tomato spiced with coriander.
