"Australian Idol" On His Way to Memphis; May Throw Elvis on the Barbie

Australian Idol winner Guy Sebastian is headed to Memphis. And not just to walk with his feet 10 feet off of Beale.

According to the Australian Courier-Mail website, li'l Guy's very serious about his music and also about distancing himself as much as possible from the "afro-haired kid discovered on Australian Idol."

Sebastian's next project is producing a soul album. Yep, Aussie soul. Watch for it. Sebastian is reportedly set to work with Steve Cropper and Booker T Jones of Booker T & the MGs.

And with that threat hanging over our collective heads, we say G'day, mates.
