According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Summerville, Georgia, resident Frank Price wants to open a barbecue stand and a crematorium right next to one another. In the past, Price has operated both a barbecue stand and funeral home, but both closed. "People were saying things and spreading rumors," Price was quoted as saying. "They said we were cooking around dead bodies and that we were serving possum. They said I was cooking body parts." The AJC states that Price planned to acquire the cremation equipment from Ray Marsh Sr., whose son is now awaiting trial after 339 supposedly cremated bodies were discovered on his property.
