Memphis magazine’s Vance Lauderdale signs the second volume of his collected columns, Ask Vance: Book Two.
We asked Vance, why Two?
“The columns stopped at mid-2003 when the first book was published. That now seems like ancient history, even for a history book, and I’ve received and responded to quite a few interesting queries since then, so we thought an addendum was long overdue.
“The second book picks up where the first left off and includes ‘classic’ characters from Memphis’ past, including Sivad, Pappy Sammons, Happy Hal, Berl Olswanger, and others.”
