Bracket Brainstorm 

It’s selection weekend for the NCAA basketball tournament, a time when “RPI” and “schedule strength” become a part of the nation’s vernacular. Local fans will be glued to their televisions Sunday to see where the Memphis Tigers land in the seeding process.
