The Global Turkey Web (www.turkeysandwich.com) is currently seeking partners. According to the site, the Global Turkey Web uses a business model that will "create vast efficiencies in the B2B as well as the B2C exchange of sandwiches (mostly white-meat turkey)and sandwich-related products." The site also claims, "Global Turkey Web (GTW) will allow you to customize virtually every aspect of the turkey sandwich marketplace: user interface, condiment management, transaction flow, side dish administration, and supported bread offerings." Side dish administration! Heck, this could be bigger than eBay.
