Cohen from the Well on Iraq: Take Two 

We have previously cited 9th District U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen's impromptu speech on Iraq Tuesday in the U.S. House of Representatives. Cohen appeared again in the well of the House on Thursday to deliver prepared remarks during formal debate on the war.
