The Green Beetle

Bar-B-Q Shop

In years past, the Flyer's amateur barbecue judges have picked the Bar-B-Q Shop in Midtown as having the best ribs and pulled-pork sandwich in town. The key to its dominance was the judges' universal love for the restaurant's distinctive Dancing Pigs sauce. In addition, the Bar-B-Q Shop offers its sandwiches on a traditional bun or lightly toasted Texas toast.
