DUMB AND DUMBERER

According to a survey by Morgan Quitno Press of hundreds of public school systems in all 50 states, Massachusetts is the smartest state in the Union, and for the third year in a row New Mexico is the dumbest. Where does Tennessee fit in? We're number 41, ranked just behind Oklahoma and just ahead of Hawaii. And thank goodness for Mississippi (47). Everybody needs at least one neighbor that makes them feel superior.
