Electoral College Vote Contest Update

And the winner is ...

Just before Election Day, we asked MemphisFlyer.com readers to predict the Electoral College vote outcome. The winner, we promised, would take home some Memphis Flyer schwag (or swag, if you prefer). But here's the thing ...

You see -- and this is sooo embarrassing to admit -- I won. Yes, moi, your humble Flyer editor picked the exact outcome of the Electoral vote: Obama 364, McCain, 174. Which means I win the schwag. Or it would mean that, if I were a tacky, selfish person, which I'm not. Therefore, I'm graciously ceding my schwag to the runner-up, prolific commenter sbanbury, who had Obama 355, McCain,183. Sbanbury, Come on down! (E-mail me for details on collecting your booty: brucev@memphisflyer.com)

And thanks to all for playing!
