The book is Naked. The subject is gay-porn kingpin Michael Lucas. And the biographer is Corey Taylor (University of Memphis, Class of '05).

Booklist called Naked "frankly revealing." And it is -- the story of a Russian emigre who went from the "escort" business to high-style skin-flick director to guest at a "Master's Tea" at Yale in 2005.

Just in time for Memphis' gay pride festivities this weekend, Taylor will be a guest himself. He's having a booksigning for Naked: The Life and Pornography of Michael Lucas at Inz & Outz (553 S. Cooper) on Saturday, June 9th, from 5 to 8 p.m. For info, call the store at 728-6535.
