Grizzlies' Mayo Goes "LaLoosh" in Vegas

Like Bull Durham's great Nuke LaLoosh, O.J. Mayo announced his presence with authority in his pro debut Friday night.

Mayo had 15 points, 5 assists, 3 steals and a monster dunk, while fellow rookie Darrell Arthur scored a game-high 18 points with silky outside shooting as the Grizzlies beat the Hornets 88-75 in the team's first game at the Las Vegas Summer League.

See the monster dunk and read Chris Herrington's take on Mayo's debut at Beyond the Arc, the Flyer's Grizzlies blog.
