According to an article in Jackson, Mississippi's Clarion Ledger, Encore owner/chef Jose Gutierrez is compiling a cookbook.

From the story: "He's looking for recipes that have a personal history: a dish your mother made for you on your birthday; a dish your family shares during holidays; or a memorable meal you discovered while dining with friends or in a restaurant that has become one of your favorites."
