With the St. Louis Cardinals reporting for spring training in a matter of days, several former Memphis Redbirds may find themselves with a second bird on their jersey.

With Chris Duncan (one of those former Redbirds) the only holdover from the 2007 Cardinal outfield, Memphis standouts like Rick Ankiel and Skip Schumaker are aiming to make manager Tony LaRussa's lineup card.
