Out of Touch 

Some critics have suggested that President Bush is out of touch with America. Recent comments suggest he’s also out of touch with Republican leadership. Recently, while addressing a politically friendly crowd President Bush repeatedly stressed the need to keep Sen. Bill Frist (R-TN) as Majority Leader after the November 2006 elections. That’s going to be difficult since Frist, who has eyes on the White House in 2008, is retiring from the Senate, not running for reelection. Read more about it here.
