Two more art openings for the weekend. They are at CafÇ Francisco for photography by Mimi Harris Waite; and at Studio 1688 for the U of M BFA Exhibition. Tonight s Choice Rocks! fund-raiser for Planned Parenthood at The Lounge features food and wine tastings, a silent auction, and live music by the incredibly versatile Barbara Blue. Today s Hand On Memphis Servathon starts with a breakfast rally in Audubon Park at 8:30 a.m. At Kudzu s tonight, it s Nancy Apple s Twang-a-Dang-Doodle Songwriters Fest featuring Lynn Masterson and Lance Strode. And back down in Tunica, Jewel is at Grand Casino, while Blues Traveler is down the road at the Horseshoe Casino.
