SEPARATED AT BIRTH?

SEPARATED AT BIRTH?

The Power of a great partnership. Depending on your generation or your imagination your idea of the perfect pair could run from the Lone Ranger and Tonto to Batman and Robin to Wayne and Garth. Thus begins The Dynamic Duo, an article in Big Time, the Memphis Grizzlies fanzine focusing on Pow [Pau Gasol] and Battman [Shane Battier], a pair of Grizzlies rookies [who] battle against the forces of evil for NBA s top rookie prize. And while we agree wholeheartedly that these two hoopsters are a mighty force to be reckoned with on the court, the cover photo hardly brings to mind a fiery horse running at the speed of light, a cloud of Bat-dust, and a hearty party on, dude.

There is really only one set of superfriends these bears in tights remind us of, and they are ...

Ace and Gary, the Ambiguously Gay Duo. Now that is a great partnership.
