If you want to chow down tonight on some really fine food and help raise some money for the March of Dimes, tonight's Spice of Life Chefs Gala at the Adam's Mark Hotel features food from one of Memphis' best restaurants, including Erling Jensesn, Grove Grill, Tsunami, and others. If you want to get out and enjoy the great weather, there's Memphis Symphony Orchestra in the Gardens at The Dixon Gallery and Gardens. And tonight's Celebrate America Fund-raiser Skate at East End Roller Skating Rink, hosted by the Memphis Artistic Club, benefits the American Red Cross to assist victims of the September 11th attacks.
