Chez Philippe’s Reinaldo Alfonso teams up with top Tunisian chef Rafik Tlatli for the five-course dinners “Taste of Tunisia” on Friday and Saturday, May 7th and 8th, from 6 to 10 p.m. On the menu: Sder aux Boulettes de Viande Mentholées (semolina consommé with minted meatballs) and Lamelle Agneau à la Vapeur de Romarin (rosemary-steamed leg of lamb, saffron-roasted fingerling potatoes, and vegetables in sauce).
