The Man to Watch for Redbirds Fans 

He’s the first non-pitcher to rank as the St. Louis Cardinals' top prospect since J.D. Drew in 1999. As was the case with Drew, there appears to be some Memphis centerfield in the future for Colby Rasmus. Whether Rasmus makes his Redbird debut in 2007 or 2008, he’s the name local baseball fans will need to know in the summers ahead. Read more about him.
