Thiero Leaves U of M 

Alas, Almamy, we hardly knew ye. And now the 6' 10" University of Memphis forward is transfering to Duquesne. Thiero, who graduated from Memphis is May, is taking advantage of a new NCAA rule that allows undergrgraduate students to transfer schools and become eligible immediately.

Thiero played in 28 games over three seasons from 2002-05 but sat out the 2005-06 season with a knee ligament injury. To read more, go here.
