Tigers Take First Win Against Fairfield, 90-63 

The 13th-ranked Memphis Tigers fell behind unranked Fairfield by nine points early, but soon mastered the Stags' zone and cruised to a 90-63 victory at FedExForum in the first round of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off Tournament Saturday night.

Freshman guard Tyreke Evans led Memphis with 19 points and Shawn Taggart had a double-double, with 14 points and 12 rebounds, leading five Tigers in double figures.
