Plan for a possible TV commercial: Two actors enter the shot eating. One is munching on chicken wings, the other is chowing down on a big ol' stack of buttery pancakes. As neither is watching where he is going, there is a horrible, horrible collision.
Actor #1: "Hey, you got chicken wings in my pancakes!"
Actor #2: "Oh dude, you got pancakes on my chicken wings!"
[Cue bouncy theme music]
Both: "Wow, this is really disgusting!"
But hey, if you're inclined to eat such things, VFW Post 11333 along with the ladies auxiliary will be hosting a pancake-and-chicken-wing breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the third Saturday of every month. The Fly won't be there, though. We're holding out for the Lions Club's annual nuts and gum chew-athon. Mmmmm. Nuts and gum!
