Cornetist Ed Polcer, a former member of the Benny Goodman Sextet, has been active on the jazz circuit for more than three decades. Backed by his band of all-stars -- Tom Fischer on clarinet and tenor sax, Frank Tate on bass, Tom Artin on trombone, Kevin Dorn on drums, and John Cocuzzi on piano and vibes -- Polcer presents his "Magic of Swing Street," a program that evokes the 52nd Street jazz clubs of 1930s and '40s New York.
