Who's Better — Memphis Tigers or Tennessee Vols?

Wahl’s Crystal Ball: Each January for the last eight years, SI.com has presented its “Magic Eight,” a list of teams on which college basketball’s next champion can be found, GUARANTEED.

(Okay, the champ made the predicted cut six out of seven years.) On this year’s list, there just so happens to be a team from Tennessee. Check it out (and brace yourselves, Tiger fans).

First off where can I get the picture or poster of the tiger on the home page? The one with the clawed basketball and rim and net. Parity is obvious this year in college basketball. The Tigers have had their problems this year, but UT is on a 3 game skid. Pearl is acting like an idiot and the players are playing that way. This year UT has been better on one night only (Dec 6th). I would have to give the nod to the Tigers at this point of the season. Go Tigers!!!!

Our two stops are in Cordova, so we head east for lunch at Topz ... Read the rest.

  • Tennessee GOP Legislators Support Lawsuit Challenging Obama Citizenship

From Wonkette.com: The chair of the House Republican Caucus in the world's stupidest imaginable governing body -- the Tennessee state legislature -- is this guy named Glen Casada. Even though "Casada" lacks the proper vowel-to-consonant ratio required to be a "Real American," this guy, along with some other Knox County legislators, will be listed in a new lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's citizenship ...
