The Tiger football team lost a lot of offensive firepower from last year’s squad (though only enough to win two games, so let’s move on). One returning starter — senior center Brad Paul — is among 37 players on the spring watch list for the Rimington Trophy, given to college football’s finest interior lineman. Paul is the only candidate representing a Conference USA team. He missed a total of 11 snaps in the 11 games he played in 2009.
